I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to the harbour. I especially appreciated our spacious two bedroom apartment and the pool. The housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay, and every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Hong Kong!

Size, view, location, kitchen with all essentials, washer dryer & price was surrounding reasonable for 9 nights. The shuttle bus service to the city was very useful, saved money on taxis by having shuttle bus service to Tsim Sha Tsui. The in-house cafe & convenient store around the corner was also very handy.

I booked a suite and was automatically upgraded to a better unit upon checkin without asking. The rooms were small to my standard (Hong Kong standard is spaceous) but clean and comfortable. It also had a nice view of the harbour.

pretty spacious. good size of the room for family of 4. Facility is great. outdoor swimming pool is pretty. Gym is one of favourite place my son like to go. like it has shuttle bus arrangement. staffs is very nice n helpful.

good for group travellers. the hotel has shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui close to MTR station…very convenient.

Very good place! Large rooms, television with Netflix and Youtube, kitchen with all the basic equipment (on request), rooms cleaned every day. Also an amazing pool newly renovated, a really giant one! Very kind and helpful staff, free shuttle bus and possibiluty to book Uber (5 USD to center one way) and food & grocery delivery (Foodpanda app). Really good value for money, especially as most of hotels in Hong Kong offer tiny rooms.

Great property with supportive staff. Got a free upgrade to harbour facing room. View was excellent and room was clean and cozy. Walkable distance to Huang Ho MTR and got of shopping and eating options. We loved the stay and will be back soon. Thanks for Hotel staff to make our stay memorable and enjoyable...

Good location, near Whampoa shopping, great views of the Harbour. Great to have a full 2 bed apartment with kitchen facilities rather than just a hotel bedroom. Free shuttle into TST is also very handy.
